First titles to hit shelves this autumn

London, 14 April 2014: Independent media company Silvergate Media has awarded Grosset & Dunlap, an imprint of Penguin Young Readers Group,  the North American publishing rights for its hit pre-school brand, Octonauts.

Grosset & Dunap will publish and distribute Octonauts TV tie-in books across the US and Canada, with the first titles due for release in Autumn/Winter 2014.

The popular show, which airs daily on the Disney Junior block on Disney Channel and on Treehouse Canada, entertains its audience and their parents with fast-paced adventures, humour and factual content based on a solid science curriculum – all of which will be captured in the publishing range.
