London, 22 September 2014: Leading independent media company, Silvergate Media announces today the sale of a fourth season of its hit pre-school show, Octonauts to Disney USA. The new series consists of 12 x 22-minute new episodes as well as 2 x 22 minute specials.

Octonauts first launched on the Disney Junior block on Disney Channel in January 2012. Octonauts’ fans are currently enjoying season three which is premiering across 2014 on Disney Channel with daily airings also on the 24-hour Disney Junior channel. The newest acquisition, season 4, is scheduled to air in 2015.
